Terms of Use
Reference build — sample text for review. Final wording to be approved by Princess Auto and its counsel before launch.
Membership & bookings
The Shop lets members book tools and equipment, register for classes, and manage certifications. Bookings are subject to availability, required certifications, and a signed, current liability waiver. We may approve, decline or cancel a booking to keep the workshop safe and available to all members.
Waivers & safety
Use of tools and equipment requires a signed waiver and any certifications listed for that tool. You agree to follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions. A waiver you sign applies to the version shown at the time of signing; if the waiver changes, we will ask you to review and sign the new version.
Your account
Keep your login details private and your contact and emergency information current. You are responsible for activity on your account. Project files you upload are used only to prepare and run your session.
Communications
We send operational messages needed to run your bookings. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your profile.
